Exfoliate / Prep (AHA)

Smooth texture and boost radiance by gently dissolving dead skin cells.

1–3× per week (start 1×)
How to use & tips
  • How to use: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin. Avoid eye area. Follow with moisturizer.
  • Notes: Don’t use on the same night as retinoids if you’re sensitive. Always wear SPF the next morning.

Start slow: Use once weekly for 2 weeks, then increase if skin stays calm (no stinging, peeling, redness).

Treat

Target fine lines and firmness with your key actives.

Daily for peptides/HA • 2–4× per week for retinol/retinol alternative

  • How to use: Apply 1–2 pumps/peasize on face and neck. Let it absorb, then moisturize.
  • Notes: Choose one “main active” per routine (e.g., peptides AM, retinol alternative PM). Hydration can be layered anytime.

Pairing guide: HA + peptides = great daily combo. AHA + retinol in one night = only for tolerant skin (otherwise alternate nights).

Moisturize

Lock in hydration and support the skin barrier for smoother, calmer skin.
